New KSR Kuebler Wave Control 234 Technology Offers In-Tank Non-Contact Solid and Liquid Level Measurements
Charlotte, N.C. - KSR Kuebler's new Wave Control 234 technology harnesses ultrasonic band pressure waves to measure levels of solids and liquids within tanks. In addition to posing no risk to operators, the Wave Control 234's low frequency operation resists distortion and energy absorption from foam, dust, wind and various kinds of condensation.
Available in 2-, 3- and 4-wire configurations, Wave Control 234 systems feature a uniquely designed transducer that directs all available energy toward tank material. Transducer frequencies, ranging from 05 to 50kHz, may be selected as needed. That design provides a rated overall accuracy of +/- 0.25% of maximum range. Standard range of the 2-wire model is 80 meters (up to 100 meters using a remote amplifier).
The new system offers in-tank mounting and universal non-contact level measurements. KSR Kuebler is targeting the technology for broad application: wastewater and water treatment, pulp and paper, food and beverages, chemicals, power plants and mining.
The Wave Control 234 line encompasses a full array of products and options. Integral type, field remote and din panel remote versions are available as well as a full graphics remote display mode with touchscreen, function key or text.
