Model 400-X are designed for primary controls with FAA Level D requirements. These requirements typically need high torque, high fidelity and velocity. The gearbox is combined with a low inertia DC motor, angular displacement transducer and a load cell. The system comes complete with computer and maintenance software. Host interface and flight control dynamic software is priced on a precontract basis.
Electric Digital Control Loaders - High Force, Low Fidelity
Model 300-X are designed for secondary controls with Level 6 or less requirements. These requirements typically need high torque and velocity. The gearbox is combined with a AC motor and potentiometer (angular displacement transducer available). The system comes complete with computer and maintenance software. Host interface and flight control dynamic software is priced on a pre-contract basis. These are less expensive and easier to modify the control feel than a similar spring system in the fact that the force is digitally controlled via computer system. The system can be interfaced to a Host.
