Multi-Conductor Control Cable Designed to Perform in Harsh Environments
Florham Park, NJ - OLFLEX(R) 190 multi-conductor control cable by Lapp USA, formerly Olflex Cable and Contact Electronics, performs exceptionally well in extremely harsh industrial environments such as CNC machining centers/grinding machines, and bottling equipment - anywhere flexibility, durability, abrasion and notch resistance are at a premium.
UL approved and CSA certified, the CE conforming OLFLEX(R) 190 provides optimum resistance to mineral oils, synthetic oils and water-based coolants - thanks to a specially blended oil-resistant insulation, as well as a jacket that pass the stringent requirements of the VDE 0472 Section 803 oil test.
A separate model in the series - OLFLEX(R) 190 CY - incorporates tinned copper shielding for isolation from electrical interference.
The control cable's features include: 600 V working voltage; -40 deg C to +90 deg C temperature range; bending radius: 15X cable OD; conductor sizes ranging from 20 AWG through 2 AWG. Each conductor is marked every 20 mm for easy identification and error free installation.
