Scanner Recognizes up to 25,000 Contrast Marks per Second

In applications where ambient light conditions and temperature fluctuations are subject to frequent change, the KRTM 20 Contrast sensor will operate with aplomb and without the need for frequent readjustment. The KRTM 20 contrast scanner utilizes 3 transmitting colors and can recognize gray scale differences down to 2 % and the KRTM's teaching process can be carried out either statically or dynamically. During operation there is an automatic selection of the transmitting color that will give the highest degree of reliability with regard to the respective contrast combination. With a short response time of only 20 milliseconds the KRTM can be used for fast process applications and will recognize up to 25,000 contrast marks per second with outstanding reliability. The KRTM is available with optical lenses of 12, 20 or 50 mm focal length's as well as digital or analog output.
