MetaViewer Enterprise 6.0 combines the traditional technologies of COLD, workflow and document imaging with content management, web-access, and content distribution into a customizable package for the entire extended enterprise.

At the core of this new technology is Metafile's high performance full-text indexing engine. Enterprise 6.0 is able to index content using both traditional fields and by every word and at speeds that Metafile feels outperforms anything on the market today regardless of platform.

technology is designed to 'Push' specific content to remote users in addtion to traditional retrieval. With the Content Distribution Server, MetaViewer Enterprise 6.0 can proactively send information to users based on what pages they need to see, in the medium of their choice, automatically.
This makes it possible for customers to receive a copy of their invoice and/or statement by fax or email. Payroll stubs can be distributed to your employees by email. Month-end reports can be burst according to territory and emailed to the appropriate manager in remote offices. The possibilities are endless, as can be the savings in postage, printing, and labor costs.
Content Distribution can send information via file copy, FTP, printer, MAPI compliant email, Microsoft Outlook email, Lotus Notes email, WinFax PRO, and RightFAX. The file copy, email, and FTP modules allow packaging information into either formatted text files or PDF. With the versatility provided by MVR Content Distribution Server, you have complete control of delivery and packaging.
Also complimenting Enterprise 6.0, is Metafile's web access product, MF.net. MF.net is compatible with all J2EE web servers and facilitates the personalized access to content through portals integrated with existing websites. Page-level security, specific web-interface, etc. can all be personalized according to existing web security log on name and password databases. If a new customer is added to the corporate website, MF.net knows it and allows access to their statement and only their statement, without any additional configuration of the Metafile system.
