SCS Releases New Ionograph® Contamination Test Systems
Indianapolis / Indiana – Specialty Coating Systems (SCS) presents the new contamination test systems Ionograph® SMD V and Ionograph® before BT Series (benchtop). The redesigned SCS Ionograph SMD V is the newest ionic contamination test system of SCS and SCS Ionograph BT Series is the result of a restructuring of the current I500M benchtop Ionographen.
The SCS Ionograph BT Series is available according to customers' requirements in a small, medium or large version. Like the previous models, the new systems are characterized by convenient operation, accuracy and reliability. You but also provide more security and easier maintenance.
Similar to the previous models and the Ionograph SMD V provides reliable and accurate test functions directly at the production site. The system has optional heating functions and is fully controlled by software SCS PowerView ™.
The Ionographen of SCS were designed to meet the needs of each laboratory and each manufacturer's requirements. The Ionograph SMD V and the Ionograph BT Series allow the accurate determination of the purity of electronics components with SMT devices and bare and populated boards. The devices meet the standards ANSI / J-STD-001 and IPC-TM-650 and are specifically listed in MIL-STD-2000A and MIL-P-28809A.
