ORBIS adds NEW StakPak Container Sizes: 24" x 15" x 4" and 12" x 15" x 4"
Oconomowoc, WI., -- ORBIS, the industry leader in returnable and reusable packaging systems, has added versatility to the straight-wall StakPak container system with two new sizes: NSO2415-4 (24" x 15" x 4") and the NSO1215-4 (12" x 15" x 4"). These containers feature ergonomic handles that absorb lifting stress, drain holes for hassle free cleaning, various identification options and built-in lifting slots for lift assist in robotic automation. The NSO2415-4 and NSO1215-4 also accommodate the new CHSO291, an easy-to-install cardholder that improves inventory control and boosts efficiency. The new containers are offered in a smooth bottom version and the new ribbed CrossPak version.
The innovative CrossPak version enables the container to be combined in any height and any size to provide a modular pallet load that will improve JIT inventory systems and reduce required warehouse space. The CrossPak containers are compatible with the standard AIAG 48" x 45" pallet footprint and are ideal for use in multi-task assembly environments. These containers allow you to get more parts to the line, in the order you need them and in the quantities you demand to optimize lineside operations.
