Type 0335 SNP Series Single or Double Door Consoles
Haewa Corporation of Norcross, GA is adding to its electrical and electronic enclosures a new line of ergonomically designed consoles that assure optimum observation and operation of control devices.
Type 0335 SNP series single or double door consoles can be ordered in 16 standard part numbers that range in size from approximately 20" W/500 mm x 38" H/977 mm x 19" D/492 mm to approximately 39" W/1000 mm x 38" H/977 mm x 19" D/492 mm. The console material is 16 GA cold rolled steel for the console body, 14 GA for the top and 12 GA for the mounting plate. Optional bases are constructed of 14 GA cold rolled steel and are available in 4"/100 mm and 8"/200 mm heights.
Consoles can be ordered with or without galvanized mounting plates. Two different height positions are provided for the mounting plate at the rear wall of the console. The bottom of the consoles feature adjustable cable entry plates designed for optional rubber clamps that eliminate the need to drill or punch cable entry holes. Console tops are hinged at the rear and are supported by locking struts when in the open position.
Single door consoles have reversible doors and both single and double doors have an opening angle of 180° for maximum accessibility. There are ground connections on console bodies, doors and mounting plates. A foamed-in-place seal provides Nema 12,13/IP 559 protection against dust and water entry. All 0335 SNP consoles are equipped with 8mm tamper resistant locks and double door consoles feature three point locking mechanisms. The consoles are finished with a tough, scuff resistant epoxy-polyester powder coat, RAL 7032, beige and they meet applicable UL, CSA and GL requirements.
0335 SNP consoles are also available in stainless steel and all consoles can be custom built to customer specifications.
