Conolog Announces Final Approval for its CM-100 DIRECT SUBSTATION System; Deliveries Scheduled for Third Quarter


SOMERVILLE, N.J., Jan. 24 -- Conolog Corporation (NASDAQ:CNLG), an engineering and design company that provides digital signal processing solutions to global electric utilities, announced today its CM-100 DIRECT SUBSTATION COMMUNICATOR system has received final testing approval.

The CM-100, a first of its type in direct communication between substations, has completed all testing and immediate production is scheduled to ensure delivery to customers by the third quarter.

Marc Benou, President of Conolog, will formally introduce the new CM-100 platform system at the DISTRIBUTECH Conference & Exhibition in San Diego in February 2007.
