New Configurable Oscillators from Fox Electronics Provide Fixed Frequency Electrical Performance at a Lower Price
FORT MYERS, Fla., July 2006 - Fox Electronics, America's leading supplier of frequency control products, today announced a new family of configurable crystal oscillators that deliver more accurate performance over a wide range of parameters, at a lower cost than fixed frequency oscillators.
The new XpressO(TM) oscillators incorporate patented technologies that allow the devices to operate with the same electrical performance and low levels of jitter found in fixed frequency oscillators. These technologies include a series of proprietary application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) with unique noise reduction silicon architectures, as well as Fox's proven production techniques.
In addition to its technological advancements, the XpressO family of oscillators was designed to benefit engineers and purchasing personnel needing high-quality, low-cost oscillators in a short timeframe. The XpressO oscillators will be available in September and are guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours for samples and within 10 days maximum for production quantities.
