Thomas & Betts Expands Fittings Line to Include Series 35 Conduit Bodies
T&B® Fittings Series 35 Conduit Outlet Bodies and Covers Feature Zinc Plating
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - July 24, 2006 - Thomas & Betts expanded its fittings line to include Series 35 conduit bodies constructed of zinc-plated iron with an aluminum acrylic coating for durability, impact resistance and corrosion resistance. T&B Fittings® Series 35 Conduit Bodies and Covers are available in sizes from ½ inch to four inches in Types C, LB, LL, LR and T, and in sizes from ½ inch to two inches in Types TB and X. Covers are available in iron and steel, and gaskets are made of neoprene.
Series 35 Conduit Outlet Bodies and Covers provide convenient access to conductors for maintenance and replacement. They also function as mounting outlets for wiring devices and lighting fixtures.

Series 35 Conduit Outlet Bodies and Covers feature tapered and NPT-threaded hubs, and are suitable for use in concrete.
Series 35 covers are available in iron or stamped steel with zinc plating and stainless steel captive screws. Steel covers feature a raised dome for additional wiring room.
