Conductive Vinyl Flooring suits ESD protected areas.

Press Release Summary:

Consisting of homogenous distribution of carbon black and proprietary polymers, Conductive Vinyl Flooring provides continuous and permanent path to ground. Resistivity of material is 10e3–10e6 Ω/sq with single layer thickness of .090 in. Because electrical resistance is inherent to material through thermoforming, electrical properties are impervious to wear damage caused by moving furniture. Conductive circuit remains unbroken while guarding against scratching and scuff marks.

ACL Staticide Introduces ESD Floor Vinyl

ACL, Inc. introduces conductive vinyl flooring material for ESD Protected Areas (EPA).

Homogeneous distribution of carbon black and proprietary polymers give ACL’s conductive vinyl a continuous and permanent path to ground.

Because the electrical resistance is inherent to the material through thermoforming, electrical properties are impervious to wear damage caused by moving furniture. The conductive circuit remains unbroken while guarding against scratching and scuff marks.  Electrical properties will not evaporate.

The resistivity of the material is 10e3 – 10e6 ohms per square with a single layer thickness of .090" (2.29 mm). Chair mats are laser cut specifically for desks. The black runners are available in 75’ rolls in 36” or 48” widths. Runners can be used for long workbenches or can be cut to size with a utility knife.

ACL warrants the electrical specification for the lifetime of every mat we manufacture. UV additives in the formula provide color stability and the material is completely recyclable. The formula does not contain substances on the REACH SvHC list or in the RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.  Manufactured in the USA.
