June 15, 2004, Depew, NY - PCB Piezotronics, Inc., introduces a ¼-inch, externally polarized pressure microphone for extremely high-level decibel measurements. Model 377A51 has a flat pressure-frequency response from 10 Hz to 20 kHz, measures sound pressure levels up to 192 dB re 20 µPa, and operates via a 200 V power supply.
