L&M Construction Chemicals Introduces DuraFloor Concrete Overlay



OMAHA, Neb. - For contractors starting to restore a concrete floor, L&M Construction Chemicals has introduced DuraFloor, an overlay mortar to cover up unsightly concrete.

DuraFloor is a new non-component, flowable overlay that is easy to place and gains strength rapidly, which allows vehicle traffic or mechanical polishing within 24 hours after placement.

DuraFloor's positive bonding and durability ensures precise mortar repairs on worn and pitted concrete surfaces.

In one operation DuraFloor develops high bondability, rapid strength and level floors that can be left exposed or dyed with L&M Vivid Dye and then polished with L&M's FGS PermaShine Concrete Polishing System.

This cement based, polymer reinforced, flowable material may be placed in various thicknesses from ¼ inch (6 mm) to 5 inches (125mm) depth.

DuraFloor ensures a concrete repair surface for existing concrete floors for both interior and exterior use.
