Atlas Copco Introduces Compact, Economical Line of Two-Stage Reciprocating Piston Compressors



Rock Hill, S.C., Oct. 9, 2007: Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is launching its new KT series of two-stage, reciprocating piston compressors. Atlas Copco has a long history of delivering quality compressed air solutions, and the KT series follows this tradition of providing efficient and reliable compressed air solutions.

Small and economical, the KT series of 5-20 hp compressors produces 15.3 to 70.7 ACFM at pressures of up to 175 psig. These units are perfectly suited for intermittent use in workshops and light industrial applications and are available in a variety of configurations: horizontal or vertical tank mounted, duplex horizontal tank mounted, and gas driven tank mounted. For OEM applications, the block unit is available by itself and can be combined with your choice of driver.

The units are made in the USA and are shipped ready to install. The KT compressors have a two year bumper to bumper warranty on assembled units.
