Compress Technologies, Inc. and Ludwig Enterprises Announce Joint Venture for Filter Development


SARASOTA, Fla., Dec. 17 -- Compress Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CTLG) and Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: LUDW) announce formalization of a Joint Venture for the development of a new generation of digital filters. The project is intended to eliminate certain hardware filters through conversion of their functions into software. This process should reduce the amount of physical space required in today's compact electronic devices. The first application of this digital filter is planned for deployment in Ludwig Enterprises's new radio receiver under development.

Ludwig Enterprises, Inc. has acquired license rights from CTLG for the deployment of a new FM-SCA radio technology. This technology will attach (50) fifty new digital radio channels to an existing FM broadcast without harm or derogation to the original signal. To listen to these 50 channels a new radio must be acquired. This radio will receive both FM stations as well as the 50 new channels. Programming will be targeted to listeners in their native foreign languages including Chinese, Russian, Hebrew plus about 40 other languages.
