VPI Introduces the Low-Cost Composite Video + Audio to HDMI Converter
Aurora, OH –Â Video Products Inc (VPI) today announced the addition of the Low-Cost Composite Video + Audio to HDMI Converter to its popular line of video converters. The converter generates compatible analog to digital conversion signals to make the connection between the Composite video input and the HDMI output work.
The CVA-HD-LC supports 1080p or 720p HDTV output resolutions and embedded digital audio through HDMI compatible TVs or audio receivers. Plug and play functionality ensures no new software or drivers are required. Supported input video formats include PAL, NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43m SECAM, PAL/M, and PAL/N.
Powered by a mini USB Type A port, the converter can be connected to a USB port on the display monitor or a USB PC. With dimensions of 2.17x2.60x0.94 inches, the CVA-HD-LC provides a compact solution for connecting video sources with analog RCA video connectors to HDMI monitors or projectors.
