NEM will be Presenting its Pharma-Grade Compact Unscrambler at Pack Expo East 2015
Philadelphia, PA, – New England Machinery, Inc. (NEM) will be showing its model NEHCPCL-36 compact unscrambler at the first Pack Expo East show this February. This model is specifically designed to meet pharmaceutical requirements.
The NEHCPCL-36 offers a fully integrated hopper elevator that saves valuable floor space while allowing the product to be fully contained in a covered environment. It has an integrated ionized air rinser and FDA compliant container handling components. This model is specifically designed utilizing curves and slants to eliminate flat surfaces for clean room and/or sanitary environments.
NEM will also be exhibiting its model NEMIRS, inspection rejection system. The NEMIRS inspects product for deviation to requirements and will reject non-spec containers. It can inspect for skewed caps, missing caps/foil liners, down bottles, miss-oriented bottles, uncoded, miss-coded containers and more. This versatile modular, stand-alone machine works with numerous inspection devices including proximity switches, limit switches, photo-eyes, vision systems, etc. and is capable of being integrated with a Track and Trace or Serialization system.
NEM offers full Track and Trace capabilities through its coding, vision, and software system partners. Systems can be designed for one product line or an entire plant.
