Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, April 11, 2002 - A new 7-valve ink-jet print head giving users small character marking options has been introduced by Matthews International Corporation's Marking Products Division.

An expansion of the S.C.I.F.I.(TM) (small character ink-jet for industry) 3200 product family introduced two years ago, the new small, compact print head has a width and height 75mm and a length of 160.8mm, making it almost as small as a 28mm standard print head.
