TCP Widens Availability of TruDim(TM) CFL Offering
AURORA, Ohio, -- TCP, the leader in compact fluorescent lighting (CFL) products, is pleased to announce complete availability of its TruDim(TM) CFL series. These exciting products further enhance TCP's industry-leading line-up of energy efficient CFLs that pave the way for a smooth transition for the government mandated move away from inefficient incandescent light bulbs.
The newly available TCP TruDim SpringLamp® full-spiral configuration and the new R40 floodlight, round out the TruDim product line, providing customers with the best dimming CFL for nearly every application. TruDim is the only CFL with a dimming range from 100% to 2%. This lamp also delivers the longest rated life for dimming products at 12,000 hours, reaches full brightness in seconds, and has on/off capabilities at low dim levels. Featuring patent pending TCP technology, these new CFLs utilize unique GreenChip(TM) by NXP micro-chip componentry to better manage lamp voltage, resulting in unprecedented dimming performance. Along with the new SpringLamp and R40 lamps, TCP offers the TruDim in 14 watt R20, 16 watt R30, 15 or 16 watt A-lamp, and 15 watt G-25 Globe configurations, all in a full complement of color temperatures.
