Non-Mobile 50 Hz Commercial Power Washers Heats to 79.4°C

WOBURN, MA, U.S.A. - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, established in 50 Hz markets for its commercial power washers, has now shipped a line of 7250 series Vapor-Flo® non-portable systems. The new machines offer higher temperatures than Daimer®'s other similarly configured equipment
"The 7250 line of commercial power washers has been engineered for repeat cleaning applications requiring a fixed machine offering higher temperatures," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com's 50 Hz equipment press representative. "As with all Vapor-Flo machines, the new systems heat fume-free and produce minimal noise and water waste."
Stationary Design, 50 Hz Support
The non-mobile configuration is designed for repeat cleaning jobs at one location. Daimer® says customers will likely use the commercial power washers for cleaning stationary manufacturing equipment.
The machines offer a higher maximum temperature of nearly 80°C, as well as unheated cleaning with pressurized cold water. Water is heated with a stainless steel coil system designed for heavily used commercial power washers. The coil achieves maximum heating temperature in about half a minute, according to Daimer®.
Every one of the model 7250 commercial power washers offers pressure level ratings that peak at 100 bar (1450 psi) and flow rates of 1.5 LPM. The low pressure and reduced flow provide adequate power for cleaning delicate equipment and machinery.
The machines are driven by a 220V-240V, 50 Hz, motor of 1.0 HP that is warrantied by Daimer for 1 year. The direct drive pumps of the commercial power washers are warrantied for 5 years. The case of each 7250 is made of stainless steel designed to inhibit rust and prevent staining.
