John Deere 737 And 757 Mid-Frame Z-Trak(R) Mowers Tackle Open Fields And Tight Spaces

Designed for high-usage commercial cutters who value productivity, reliability and durability, the John Deere 737 and 757 Mid-Frame Z-Trak® Mowers can handle small, tight spaces as well as open fields. These machines are ideal for business and industrial complexes, highly landscaped lots, cemeteries and a host of other applications. The 23-hp 737 and the 25-hp 757 both feature an overhead valve, air-cooled Kawasaki engine. Overhead valve design provides more horsepower and better fuel efficiency. Full-pressure lubrication and a full-flow filter reduce engine wear and ensure proper lubrication even when operating on hillsides or uneven terrain. Aluminum engine blocks effectively dissipate heat and makes for cooler operating temperatures. With the two-lever hydrostatic drive control, cutters can select ground speed and direction control simply by moving levers forward or reverse. Operators can mow at up to 10 mph. Positive neutral lock position for levers provides added safety. Wide-bend steering levers swing out easily for entry and exit from the operator platform. A large, 9-gallon fuel tank which allows the operator to mow for a full day without refueling. The filler neck size is increased for easier refueling. The medium-framed zero-turning radius mower features a mid-mount design. This design makes it highly maneuverable in tight spaces and its compact design allow for more trailer space when transporting multiple units. Both models can accommodate either the 54- or 60-inch 7-Iron Commercial Mower Decks. The 7-Iron decks are stamped from a single sheet of 7-gauge steel (.177 inch), so there are no welds to wear or break. The stamped design also provides a smooth underside, without corners, to reduce material buildup for a cleaner cut. Deep deck design increases airflow so more material can be processed and the operator can mow at faster speeds, increasing productivity while still providing excellent cut quality. This design also provides better material flow in heavy, wet grass conditions. The 7-Iron decks also feature a unique baffling system that allows the grass to stand up before being cut, giving a more uniform cut and eliminating blowout from under the deck. Engineered for comfort, the 737 and 757 are ergonomically designed for all-day mowing. Control levers are positioned at the operator's fingertips. A cup holder and tool compartment are easily accessible. A deluxe, high-back seat with standard armrests makes for a more comfortable ride. The seat also travels fore and aft up to 5 inches to match operator size. Operating levers and switches are conveniently located on the right side of the unit as opposed to under the seat, eliminating the need for stretching or bending to reach controls. A dial-in knob is used in conjunction with foot-assist lever to change the mower deck height of cut from the operator's seat. For ease of service, the flip-up operator's seat allows quick access to the hydraulic system. An open engine compartment allows full access to the engine components. The rotating bumper makes getting to belts and PTO a breeze. And a flip-out foot panel means easy access to the deck spindles without the use of tools. For increased safety, positive park position allows the operator to park on hillsides and to lock park brake during trailer transport. The park brake will also automatically disengage machine during a "panic stop." All John Deere commercial mowing equipment also has an exclusive two-year bumper-to-bumper warranty.
