New ROPAK(TM) 4A48 Container Series Now Available from LINPAC Materials Handling
GEORGETOWN, KY (June 7, 2004) - LINPAC Materials Handling, manufacturer of high-quality ROPAK(TM) reusable container systems, now offers the new 4A48 container series. These collapsible containers feature four flat label areas on each sidewall, offering users greater versatility in coding and routing.
Also included standard with each 4A48 container are two removable label surfaces located in the upper left hand corner of the 48" side. Customers may select a different placement of these removable label surfaces, as well as additional removable label surfaces, as an added option.
The 4A48 container features a 45" x 48" footprint and is available in seven heights: 25", 33", 34", 39", 42", 48" and 50". Standard drop doors are available for both 48" sides in all heights. Additionally, drop doors are available on the 45" side in the 34", 42", 48" and 50" containers, offering improved access to contents. A four drop door option is also available. The containers feature 4-way fork entry and offer capacities ranging from 1500 pounds to 2000 pounds, depending on height and drop door configuration.
"The 4A48 was developed in response to a trend we've observed with customers requesting more label areas to help them better track both the contents and the routing of their containers," says Mark Parsons, technical director and head of engineering for LINPAC Materials Handling.
