Gas Pressure Washers with Wet Sand Blasting from Daimer Industries
New unheated Super Max(TM) machines offer serious performance for demanding mobile applications.
WOBURN, MA - August 6, 2009 - Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a major supplier and worldwide exporter of commercial cleaning products,, introduced the Super Max(TM) 8900C-322 WS and 8900C-525 WS, gas-powered, cold-water pressure washers featuring wet sandblasting systems.
"These new 8000-class high pressure washers combine sandblasting with the mobility of a gas engine," said Matthew Baratta, Daimer.com spokesman. "This equipment is ideal for removing rust, corrosion and the heaviest deposits in outdoor applications."
Sand-Blasting Technology
The wet sandblasting capabilities included with each machine consists of a flexible 15-foot sand pickup tube, sand point and a special venturi head that produces a uniform blast pattern and increased sand velocity. The pressure washers accept a wide range of sand grit sizes as well as different media, such as baking soda and small plastic pellets.
Because the wet sand blasting systems on these hot water pressure washers use high-pressure water, the equipment is safer than equipment using compressed air, which requires the operator to wear special breathing apparatus.
Both machines offer chemical infusion via low-pressure injection. Multi-gun operation is available for the 8900C-525 WS as an option at additional cost.

Super Max(TM) 8900C-322 WS machines produce pressure levels of up to 2000 psi and flow rates of up to 3.5 GPM. The equipment is powered by a 6.5 HP gas engine. The 8900C-525 WS pressure washers generate pressure levels of up to 2500 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM and are powered by a 10 HP gas engine.
Both of these mobile pressure washers are on wheels and include: a 25-foot, high-pressure steam hose; a three-foot trigger wand with quick disconnect; assorted nozzles; and a powder-coated steel, high gloss, chip/chemical resistant case.
