Klein Tools Introduces 1" Coaxial Cable Cutter with Precision, One-Hand Shearing Action
CHICAGO, IL - October 2002 - Klein Tools has added a new coaxial cable cutter (Model #63030) to its growing line of professional hand tools. The specialty tool is designed to cut up to 1" (25 mm) diameter aluminum and copper coaxial cable with precision, one-hand shearing action.
The new cutting tool features curved jaws that firmly grasp the coaxial cable. The shear blades then cut the cable clean without compression or frayed ends.
Other features of the new cutter include a hot-riveted joint for smooth action with no handle wobble; comfortable, blue plastic-coated handles for a steady grip and quick tool identification; and a compact, lightweight design for easy use and storage. The coaxial cable cutter has an overall length of 8-1/4" (216 mm).
In addition to the new 1" coaxial cable cutter, Klein offers a 3/4" coax cutter, as well as a coax multi-purpose tool that cuts, strips and crimps RG-59 and RG-6 coaxial cable.
