SiO2(TM) Coaxial Cable Assemblies now Available from Times Microwave Systems
Times Microwave Systems SiO2(TM) Silicon Dioxide coaxial cable assemblies meet the requirements of some of the most demanding microwave interconnect applications in aircraft, space, shipboard, ground based systems as well as other hostile environments.
SiO2(TM) is ideally suited to applications requiring low loss, unmatched phase stability and low phase hysteresis over extremes of temperature and pressure. Hermetically sealed intermediate sections are laser welded to the cable allowing the use of the full range Times Miltech® connectors including self-locking, Multiport(TM), Minimultiport(TM), Blind Mate(TM), Zero DB(TM) and equalizer products.
Non-replaceable connectors are also available. All connectors include a crack-free, fired glass dielectric seal and are attached to the cable via state-of-the-art laser welding.
