Coates International, Ltd. Is Pleased to Announce That the Coates Inventors Have Come up with Another New Green Technology That Will Increase Thermal Efficiency and Reduce Emissions Even More

WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. - Coates International, Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: COTE) - Coates International Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. Coates and his son Gregory have come up with another new invention that we believe will enhance the thermal efficiency of the electric power generator systems and lower or eliminate the emissions.

While testing the electric power natural gas generators for long periods of time last year at the Coates Plant, it was observed that the exhaust temperature was constantly between 800 degrees F to 900 degrees F. All combustion engines exhausts run at approximately this temperature.

Most combustion engines are 24% thermal efficient. Approximately 65% of the remaining energy contained in the fuel is lost through heat out through the exhaust. The new invention captures the exhaust including the heat and utilizes it in a specially designed heat exchanger which runs another CSRV power unit that will produce 110 KW to 150 KW. This means that the engine thermal efficiency is now in the region of 70% or more. Also, this new system is used to clean the exhaust emissions close to zero.

Mr. Coates has received a provisional patent on this new device. The company expects to have the new device up and running in the fall of this year.

Management is extremely excited about this new (green technology), and estimates the saving to be tremendous and emissions will be at the 0 mark while production more than twice the power output for the same amount of fuel.
