CNC Tool & Production Grinder. Grinders of the Future, Here Today from Schütte
For the grinding of Medical Rasps, Schütte will introduce the first PC based program for these complex tools. Previously requiring working knowledge of programming utilizing a CAD-CAM system, the SIGS based program for RASPS is now available in a menu driven format. Combined with the Schütte linear technology for axis movement and Automatic Wheel Changing, the WU305 Linear continues to lead the way for the processing of complicated tools and parts in one set-up. With the ability to Mill, Grind, Belt Sand and Polish one the one machine, the Schütte philosophy of "Done in One" continues to thrive on the WU305 Linear.
For the regrinding of standard and complex Cutting Tools, the WU 305 TREND from Schütte features a 50 position chain loader. Now, different shank sizes and tool styles can be processed in automatic loading situation.
Both the WU305 Linear and WU305 TREND machines will be on display under power grinding parts at IMTS 2006, booth # B-7554.
