Accurate Tool & Die is proud to introduce our CNC high speed production Router. Being associated with the window industry for over 20 years, we envisioned a need for a more reliable, accurate and faster way for production routing.
Powered by an 3 1/4 H.P. router motor, and 3 axis of servo controlled linear slides, with 1" lead screw on all axis's.
Machining accuracy is +/- .005, and table feed rate of over 60" per minute.
The A.T.D router comes equipped with an patented automatic self-centering device. This allows you to have the utmost accuracy of your centered operations, it is also comes with adjustable stops for your offend operations.
Our CNC router comes standard with a hand held LCD controller which allows the operator to have instant view of x, y, and z coordinates, as well as current running program and the ability to access all machine functions.
Programming is done in g-code format with over 80 program capability and built in DXF translation.
