CNC Control Package for ATI Depanelization Router System

Upgrade your router to the latest in CNC control technology

SIEB & MEYER USA has the perfect drop-in CNC solution for ATI routers to replace the obsolete PMC-400, PMC-450 and PMC-550 control systems.

Cincinnati, Ohio - SIEB & MEYER USA introduces its 8th generation CNC and motion control platform for printed circuit board (PCB) routers. The SERIES 8 CNC has a flexible architecture, using a PC for operator interface and a powerful motion controller for precise, high speed routing.

The retrofit package for these machines can interface to existing servo motors with the upgrade completed in 3 days. Part program compatibility for ATI and Excellon legacy data is included, as well as common PCB routing features: tool life management, pressure foot/vacuum control, tool diameter compensation based on distance routed, to name a few. The powerful SERIES 8 control adds more capability than earlier CNC models with regards to part program storage, processing and factory networking.

"The ATI machine base was built to last forever," said Jay Endres, SIEB & MEYER USA, President. "and with the improvements in CNC technology over the past 20 years, these machines can be economically retrofitted to take advantage of this new technology with greater productivity and reliability."
