o Background transmissions: With a wireless connection, updates will automatically be sent from the handheld to the database and vise versa by pushing new worked orders with a beep alert to the technician's device.

o Start/Stop command buttons: Click start and stop button to begin and end work orders while tracking time. Alternatively, scan bar code to begin and end work orders with minimal data entry.

o Assign to an outside vendor: Technicians can pull up a list of vendors or add one to provide services while the technician maintains order ownership.

o Phone fix: In the instance of a technician making a call to the requestor and resolving the problem without making a trip to the site, a technician can select phone fix from the task menu. The order is automatically placed in the completed orders list.

o Estimated time of Arrival: ETA is a task menu option used to communicate the ETA back to the office.

o Completion Wizard: When completing an order, sequences of wizard screens appear so the technician can apply labor, materials, resolution code, text, and optionally a signature.
