CM-M6 Multi-angle Spectrophotometer uses double-path illumination system.
Press Release Summary:
Using directed 45° illumination with 6-angle aspecular observation from 2 sides, CM-M6 Multi-angle Spectrophotometer measures color of metallic and effect paints and plastics. Spectrophotometer has optical design and 6mm measuring area which provides accurate results even on curved surfaces with R=300 radius. Product is portable, compact and lightweight vertical shape helps in easy positioning and easy reading on high-resolution back-illuminated color display.
Original Press Release:
Multi-Angle Spectrophotometer CM-M6
A new compact handheld multi-angle instrument especially designed for fast, easy but accurate measurement of all exterior car parts on the production line. The optical design and the 6mm measuring area allow measurements of curved surfaces with unparalleled ease of use and accuracy.
The CM-M6 is a portable multi-angle spectrophotometer especially designed for color measurement of metallic and effect paints and plastics. It uses a new, patented double-path illumination system with directed 45° illumination and 6-angle observation (-15°/15°/25°/45°/75°/110° aspecular) from two sides. This results in accurate and stable results even on curved surfaces with a R=300 radius. Respectively, car parts such as front and rear bumpers, vehicle mirror bodies or door handles on the production line can be measured rapidly, accurately and repeatedly.
Its compact and lightweight vertical shape is easy to hold in one or two hands and enables easy positioning, while the high-resolution back-illuminated color display is easy to read even under low ambient lighting conditions.
The solid state and rugged construction as well as the sleek and lightweight body, make the CM-M6 the perfect instrument to measure critical parts, unavailable to conventional multi-angle instruments.
