ClickSoftware Solution Helps Thousands of Agents Manage Customer Calls for Computer Support

ClickSchedule is being used for the daily service delivery execution for thousands of installation and in-home repairs handled by Geek Squad Agents. The solution will help Geek Squad provide more accurate travel times and responsiveness to its customers, while also improving the efficiency of its service operation.

Approximately 11,000 active Geek Squad Agents make house calls and patrol Geek Squad precincts in all U.S. Best Buy stores, all Canadian Best Buy stores and at Geek Squad stand-alone store locations.
