Cleaning (Sticky/Tacky) Rollers Remove Unwanted Dirt In Equipment

Minneapolis, Minnesota: Cleaning rollers used to remove dust and particulate in card printers, film systems and manufacturing equipment are available in custom sizes from Hiawatha Rubber Co.

Designers of circuit board, credit card and photographic film manufacturing machinery specify these cleaning rollers in their systems to eliminate the accumulation of dust and dirt at critical points in their systems.

Available in diameters from 1/2 inch to 5 inches and lengths from 1 inch to 10 inches, the degree of tackiness can be modified to meet the needs of a specific application.

Molded to aluminum hubs (other hub materials also available), these custom cleaning rollers can be produced to specific outside diameter and run-out tolerances.

Hiawatha Rubber offers material formulation chemistry, CAD design tooling, injection transfer molding, CNC grinding and CNC machining of these cleaning rollers in small and large quantities.

In addition to cleaning rollers, Hiawatha Rubber also specializes in custom close tolerance, precision ground roller assemblies.
