New Antiqued(TM) Pavers From Boral Pavers are Tumbled to Create an Aged, Worn Look

ATLANTA - Boral Pavers introduces Antiqued(TM) pavers, a new line of genuine clay pavers that are tumbled together as part of the manufacturing process to create an aged look and soft, worn edges.

Designed for exterior pedestrian and light vehicular applications, the tumbling technique gives these extruded clay pavers the desirable appearance of pavers that are centuries old, even though they are actually brand new.

"Boral Pavers introduced Antiqued pavers in response to customers demand for high quality clay pavers with an aged, old-fashioned look," said John Blackwelder, pavers account
manager for Boral Pavers. "Once these pavers have been processed through the plant, they are tumbled together as they dry. The technique gives them a slightly deteriorated, soft appearance, similar to that of pavers made hundreds of years ago."

Boral's dedicated pavers plant in Augusta, Ga., manufactures the 2 ¼ inch thick pavers in a variety of body colors and in standard and modular sizes. Antiqued pavers feature a newly
developed interlocking system to securely holds them together. The pavers meet ASTM-C-902 SX Type 1 PA guidelines and are intended for exterior applications such as driveways,
walkways, patios and sidewalks.

Antiqued(TM) pavers, as well as all Boral pavers and bricks, are backed by the Lifetime Plus One Guarantee which covers the pavers for the lifetime of the owner plus the lifetime of
the next owner.
