Extech's NEW Power Clamp-on, Model 380975, provides a number functions and capabilities which are ideal for power demand and HVAC applications. It measures True Power (kW), Apparent Power (kVA), and Phase Angle with Lead/Lag indicator. Its True RMS capability provides accurate current and voltage measurements along with Temperature to 1000°F, High Resistance tests to 100Megohm, Capacitance to 3500µF (with 0.001 µF resolution), and Frequency.
Built-in conveniences include Auto Detect for AC/DC Voltage measurements, Max/Min recording with elapsed time indication, CAT III - 600V safety rating, diode test, Auto power off with disable feature and a jaw opening of 1.6".
