Cirque Corporation Enters into Licensing Agreement with Adesso Incorporated to Assemble, Brand and Distribute Cirque's Desktop Touchpad Line


Adesso will also provide professional retail packaging of the Cirque Easy Cat, Cirque Smart Cat and Cirque Smart Cat Pro desktop products

SALT LAKE CITY - October 10, 2006 - In an effort to improve overall market penetration, Cirque Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alps Electric Co., Ltd. and a leader in the capacitance technology industry, today announced it has entered into a licensing agreement with Adesso Incorporated.

Under the terms of the agreement, Adesso will assemble, brand and distribute the Cirque Easy Cat®, Cirque Smart Cat® and Cirque Smart Cat Pro® desktop touchpads in professional retail packaging. The products will then be available to the market through its extensive distribution network.
