Enhancements include exclusive rubberized cord package
(Elyria, Ohio) RIDGID® introduced today a new 7-1/4" Circular Saw with a number of notable enhancements, including magnesium guards, a quick release bypass button and RIDGID'S exclusive cord package. The circular saw (Model R3200) is equipped with a 15 Amp motor to meet the demands of even the most heavy-duty jobs. Operating at speeds up at 5,800 rpm, the powerful tool will "out-torque" the competition.

The R3200 is equipped with a positive bevel stop at 45° to meet the most common needs of the professional contractor. Roof and rafter cuts are made more manageable with a quick release bypass button allowing cuts up to 51.5°. Adjustment and set-up are easy as a result of laser etched scales that are clearly marked.
The aluminum base plate and magnesium upper and lower blade guards add strength while eliminating extra tool weight, allowing the professional to use the tool longer with less fatigue. The heavy-duty tool offers exceptional professional quality, and includes critical parts made of metal, not plastic.
The circular saw also offers a more accurate cut as a result of the full-length kerf indicator. This added feature makes it easier for the user to view and follow the indicator line.
