Circuit Express Automates with IPS HAL Post Cleaner

Circuit Express Inc., the Tempe, Arizona-based fabricator recently acquired by Advanced Circuits, took delivery of a new IPS Post Clean system for hot air leveling final cleaning.
The IPS machine can clean 100 panels per hour, and features a Dynamil Intersystem horizontal conveyorized spray processing system made up of a variety of processing modules.
"With the limited space we had available, IPS was able to provide a custom design that met all of our requirements and provided superb performance," commented Director of Operations Kevin McClelland. "The site prep and coordination between IPS and the CEI maintenance team allowed for a very efficient install, performed over the weekend and in production on Monday. We have seen immediate results netting us time and labor savings while providing unsurpassed cleaning and drying capabilities."
