Cingular Introduces Good Technology's IBM Lotus® Domino® Solution to E-Mail Portfolio

ATLANTA, July 18 // -- Cingular Wireless today began offering Good(TM) Mobile Messaging for IBM Lotus(R) Domino(R) from Good Technology, Inc. to its business customers.
The new IBM Lotus Domino solution is available through Cingular's Direct B2B sales organization initially on the Cingular 2125 Smartphone, Cingular 8100 series Pocket PCs, the iPAQ hw6500 series Pocket PCs and Cingular-enabled Palm(R) Treo(TM) devices. The new wireless e-mail and collaboration solution represents an expansion of Cingular's Good Mobile Messaging solutions. Cingular has been offering since last year Good Mobile Messaging for Microsoft Exchange.

GoodMobile Messaging for IBM Lotus Domino from Cingular provides a two- way, wirelessly synchronized connection to IBM Lotus Notes functions and other features. It provides enterprise-class, FIPS 140-2-certified security including end-to-end AES data encryption, remote data wipe and remote password policy management. It also includes Secure Over-The-Air(TM) device provisioning and management featuring Zero-IT-Touch(TM) activations and upgrades of Good Mobile Messaging and third-party applications for simplified IT administration.
Cingular Wireless customers that have deployed Good Mobile Messaging for IBM Lotus Domino include BIOTRONIK and Flying J, Inc.
Cingular offers Good Mobile Messaging as an end-to-end service for a monthly fee of $44.99 per month for unlimited data with a qualified voice plan. Companies must purchase a one-time $1,999 Starter Pack that includes a Good Mobile Messaging server license, 5 Client Access Licenses and 6 months of IT support; as well as Good Mobile Messaging Client Access licenses for each user which are available individually for $99 or in various discounted volume packs up to 500 users.
