CIMCOOL Global Fluids Introduces CIMFREE® Botanical Metalworking Fluids
Cincinnati, Ohio-November 2008-CIMCOOL Global Fluids, a longtime industry leader in metalworking fluids technology, has developed CIMFREE® Botanical Fluids, a line of environmentally-friendly vegetable-based products for high-speed machining and metalworking operations. o CIMFREE® VG-S175. Free of mineral oil and chlorine, it offers excellent lubricity, is approved for medical alloys, and can be used in Swiss turning machines.
o CIMFREE® VG-S110P. This unique blend of vegetable and mineral oils offers thermal and oxidative stability; is low-foaming and chlorine free; and is approved for medical alloys.
o CIMFREE® VG-MF5350. Excellent for stamping and drawing applications that require a great deal of boundary lubrication, this product allows tight-radius applications, is easily washed from parts, and its lower viscosity makes application easier.

o CIMFREE® VG-703ES. This is a low viscosity fluid is designed for use where minimal-flow fluid delivery applications are required. It offers excellent lubricity, cleanliness and corrosion control and is economical since it requires minimal usage.
