New Current Sensing Chip Resistor Offers Low Resistance with High Precision Reliability
Bradford, PA - December 15, 2003 - KOA Speer Electronics introduces its UR73 Current Sensing Chip Resistor, which offers very low resistance with a range of 30mOhms to 100m Ohms. The UR73 utilizes advanced thick film technology and offers low T.C.R. from ±100ppm to ± 250ppm, indicative of high precision resistors.
KOA Speer's UR73 is available in two sizes - 2A (2.0xl.25mm) and 2B (3.2xl.6mm), both have a power rating of .25W and are lead free with tolerance of ±1% and ±5%. These resistors have an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, and are suitable for reflow and flow soldering.
The UR73 has many applications in the automotive and telecommunications industries including PC-related equipment, such as notebook computers, PDA's, HDD's, as well as mobile phones. There is a 10 week lead-time for production orders and lab kits are readily available.
