Ark-Plas Check Valves are manufactured with a highly polished barb, molded without a parting line to ensure a leak proof seal. Threaded Check Valves replace one of the barbs with an 1/8-27 NPT fitting on the entrance side for use with threaded ports.

Filling lines and overflow/waste lines fitted with Ark-Plas Check Valves become a worry free part of your process as Ark-Plas Check Valves use a free floating diaphragm that is sensitive to even the slightest changes in pressure or flow. Diaphragm Check Valves work well in any position with pressure from 1 P.S.I to 150 P.S.I. and are available for tubing with 1/8" ID, 3/16" ID, 1/4" ID and 3/8" ID. Reducing or Enlarging Check Valves can be assembled in any combination the available sizes.

For a more sensitive fluid control fitting, Ark-Plas Duckbill Check Valves feature the same highly polished barb with a silicone duckbill valve. Ark-Plas Duckbill Check Valves have been
tested to hold in check pressure as low as 0.5 P.S.I., working very well in laboratory and testing facilities. Duckbill Check Valves are available for tubing with 1/8 ID and 3/16 ID.
