Flo-Flex Model 745



Glens Falls, NY - May 10, 2004 Danfoss Flomatic Corporation introduces the latest addition to the growing Flo-Flex(TM) family of their rubber disc swing check valves. The new model 745 provides the water and wastewater industry one of the broadest line of flexible rubber disc swing checks available on the market today. The flange to flange lay length is according to ANSI/AWWA C508-01.

This swing check valve features a 45° seat with a steel/ductile iron valve reinforced rubber disc. The Ductile Iron 125# Flanged Body is Fusion Epoxy coated and can be used as pipe line cleanout. The new heavy duty Model 745 is offered with a optional backflow device (Model 745BF) and valve disc position indicator (Model 745PI) and valve proximity switch (Model 745PS).

The Danfoss Flomatic Model 745 is based on a simple, proven and reliable construction. This valve has a disc stroke of 35° to minimize disc slam, low head losses, and a long rubber disc life. It can be installed in a horizontal or vertical orientation.
