INSERTA(TM) ICFS Check Valve Bodies, Flange Type, with support members provide a simple way way to install the same nominal size slip-in Check Valve or Fixed Oriface Flow Control Valve in a piping system that uses SAE four-bolt flange patterns. These bodies accept the INSERTA(TM) ICS Slip-in Type Check Valve which should be ordered separately. The support member retains the slip-in check valve in the flange body together with the required sealing O-rings. These valve assemblies can be installed on pumps, valves, manifolds and other components with SAE four-bolt ports. The leak resistant O-ring face sealed joint eliminates less desirable pipe connections. The ICS slip-in check valves can be installed with free flow in either direction.
These Check Valve Bodies, Flange Type are all steel construction and range in size from 1 ¼" to 3". They can save space, time and money, eliminate piping leaks, and add value and integrity to integrated hydraulic systems.
