Channel Intelligence and Infopia Announce Strategic Alliance

Leading Commerce Companies Team to Give Merchants Optimized Access to Online Marketplaces

ORLANDO, Fla. and SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 4 - Channel Intelligence (CI), an industry leader in Web-initiated commerce solutions, and Infopia, a leader in eCommerce platform technology, announced a strategic alliance today that will expand online selling capabilities for merchants. Through this alliance, CI retailer customers will be able to expand sales to major online marketplaces, such as eBay, while Infopia customers will gain access to additional comparison shopping engines (CSEs). The offering combines CI's proprietary data feed optimization and Infopia's leading marketplace connectivity to accelerate Web sales for both companies' customers.

This relationship provides access for CI customers to Infopia's eCommerce platform - to help them become high volume sellers on eBay, which is a $34B marketplace in the United States alone. Infopia's eCommerce platform gives merchants the ability to place inventory on eBay, collect orders back into a single place for fulfillment and distribute information to other business management solutions.

Infopia customers, in turn, will have access CI's proprietary data platform for optimized comparison shopping engine data feeds, allowing for enhanced quality and completeness of data, attribute and keyword harvesting, and item-level placement. Once optimized, these feeds can be sent to over 50 leading CSEs. This integration will be part of CI's SellCast(TM) Retailer Solutions - a suite of products that drive multi-channel sales originating online. The integration is expected to be completed and commercially available in early 2008.

"There is a real synergy between the services Infopia and CI offer to our respective customer bases," said Bjorn Espenes, CEO of Infopia. "Teaming up with CI creates a natural extension for us, providing a powerful eBay integration platform for their top-tier retail customers while enabling our customer base to expand and enhance their CSE exposure."

"Many of our customers look for avenues to clear their warehouses of overstock, discontinued, end-of-life or open-box products" said Rob Wight, President and CEO of CI. "Infopia provides an established and nimble eCommerce solution for marketplaces like eBay. We look forward to working with them on future online marketplace integration for our retail customers."
