CeramTec North America to Exhibit at the Medical Design & Manufacturing West (MD&M West)
CeramTec North America Corporation will be exhibiting at the upcoming Medical Design & Manufacturing West (MD&M West) in Anaheim, CA (Booth # 347). The three day event will take place February 8 - 10, 2011. CeramTec will display examples of its Fiber Optic Feedthrough for UHV and its double ended HN Connector.
CeramTec's Fiber Optic Feedthroughs for UHV are built for use in extreme conditions. It offers an operating temperature of -25°C to 75°C and has a helium leak rate of < 1.5 x 10-10 mbar l/s. It also offers a low insertion loss.
CeramTec's revolutionary double ended HN Connector has a glass ceramic insulator and a current rating of 2.5amp. It is designed to take higher voltages (up to 7kv). The designs are ideally suited for high frequency signal transmission or fast rise time pulses for data transmission.
