Aremco-Seal 4030 New Hi-Temp Ceramic-Silicone Sealant Now Available

SUMMARY
Aremco-Seal(TM) 4030, a new high temperature ceramic-silicone sealant developed by Aremco Products, Inc., is now used to seal porous ceramics and refractories used in high temperature applications to 2000 °F (1093 °C).
FEATURES
Aremco-Seal(TM) 4030 is a single part, water-dispersed, ceramic-silicone sealant that provides exceptional moisture resistance and dielectric properties to 2000 °F (1093 °C). It was developed for use on ceramic fiberboard and other ceramic-based materials used as electrical and thermal insulation in heaters, ovens and furnaces for the automotive, electronics and plastics industries.
Aremco-Seal(TM) 4030 is formulated with a viscosity of 600-1,200 cps, and is applied easily by brush, roller or spray equipment. It dries at room temperature in less than one hour and cures fully in 30-60 minutes at 450 °F. The solids content is 40% and theoretical coverage rate at 1 mil is 535 ft² per gallon.
