Kinston, NC...A centralized lubricating system with adjustable oil and grease feeders is available from Farval Lubrication Systems, Inc.
Called ExactoServe®, Farval's new centralized lubrication system utilizes positive displacement volumetric output injectors to deliver precise amounts of oil or grease to machinery friction points.
Four basic injector models covering a broad discharge range are available. Setting injectors to desired output is easy - a simple screw adjustment locks in output setting - users can successfully lubricate small, medium and large bearings on machines with a single lube point or hundreds of points.
Injector operation is straightforward; pressure build-up in the system distribution network creates preset delivery to connected machine lube point. Pressure removal resets and charges injector for next programmed discharge cycle. ExactoServe lubricators control this function. Each injector has a built-in indicator pin to visually monitor each operational cycle. This feature provides easy system monitoring to minimize machine downtime.
Versatile ExactoServe injectors operate in normal and harsh, wet, dusty environments. Single and manifold versions are offered to service individual lube points or bearing clusters. Injectors can be mounted in any position on machinery.
A complete line of manual and automatic lubricators, programmable timers, network tubing, and fittings are offered to meet various machine requirements and configurations.
