Central Filter Simplifies Maintenance and Cleaning

Wittmann has introduced the FMX central filter with a re-useable cartridge filter for simpler cleaning and maintenance. The new FMX central filter provides at low cost, added protection to the vacuum producer (Positive Displacement or Regenerative type blower) by protecting it from particulate while offering high capacity of up to 150 CFM. The new filter also incorporates many of the standard components used in the FeedMax FMX Series loaders for added savings.
The FMX central filter Model NCCF-325 incorporates a 300 mm O.D. center section and 25 sq. ft. of filter area. The tangential inlet ensures maximum air flow and is welded to the center section to maximize performance. Interchangeable inlets/outlets suit line sizes from 1 ½" to 3" and are held in place with band clamps. The hinged powder coated lid allows quick, easy access for cleaning. All material contact surfaces are stainless steel for easier cleaning. A large capacity powder coated fines collection container is provided with toggle latches for easy removal during maintenance. The heavy duty, one piece powder coated ¼" plate mild steel stand provides rugged support.
